It’s founder excels in participatory research, as well as mixed quantitative & qualitative methods. Ultimately, his findings don’t just sit on shelves - he works with people and stakeholders on data-driven policy discussions. For this, he has received many awards from the World Bank & others.

From 2020-2021, the founder served as the Principal Investigator on the largest LGBT+ data collection effort throughout the English-speaking Caribbean. This involved the creation of a coalition of 28 community partners for participatory research, literature reviews, the creation of 2 survey instruments and an interview guide, extensive data collection and analysis, the authorship of final reports, and follow-up work with partners in the region. The final report was supported by the British High Commission, the Belizean Speaker of the House, and Richard Branson via Virgin Atlantic. More information is here and to read the final report:

With the World Bank, the founder co-led 5 extensive research projects, serving to measure the socio-economic impact of LGBTQ exclusion as well as to expand the Bank’s development agenda to include LGBTQ people.
